At a recent mediation, the day started with the defendants insisting they would never pay more than a $300K global settlement. After our client presented the mediator with their Predict™ report, the mediator became a strong advocate for the plaintiff’s case, and the MEDIATOR began reading portions of the Predict report to the defense. By the end of the day, said defendants paid more than three times their initial “limit.”
